Some things to think about when looking for quotes:

• Think about who you are catering for. Do you need transport for everyone? Do you need transport to your ceremony and your wedding reception? We can offer a range of different sized vehicles so if you only require a smaller vehicle for guests to your ceremony, we can cater for this and supply a larger vehicle for your evening guests to your wedding reception.

• Be sure to start organising transport well in advance, most weddings are booked up to a year before the big day so even though it may seem a long way off, we may already have other bookings in for the date you require if you leave it too long.

• How many seats do you need? get a quote for more and this can be fine tuned closer to the time. Use your wedding invites as a guide and book your transport with them numbers. Once you receive your RSVP's back, you can contact us to alter your booking if you need to.

• Make your collection and drop off points central. This makes it safer for guests to make their way home after your big day. Choosing drop off points close to taxi ranks usually works well too.

• Allow your guests time. It's a big day for everyone and your guests are going to want to look their best, this sometimes means they aren't quite ready when the transport arrives. With allowing that extra time, it gives guests time to arrive at the venue and be seated before your ceremony begins.

• Above all else, don't stress! Your day will be perfect and you just need to relax and enjoy it.
